So South atmosphere means it is south of the equator, correct.

NO!

You are bound by the Earth Gravity, so you will NEVER fall out of the Earth, do we get that part very clear? No matter which parts of the End World you as if ending up walking....you are still bound by the gravity, You CAN NEVER fall OUT of the Earth. 

But the Birds fly, correct. The human doesn't fly. 

Is the cloud or the atmosphere also bind to Earth gravity? Correct.

If it is not? The sky will never be blue anymore.

So the Moon does not have the atmosphere? Correct, they don't have it.

So....you still have the Moon gravity, its 1/6.  Right. You see them walking on the moon.
