I gain up weight this morning, I walk.....and still I ate some lunch + afternoon this white rice with tofu my mother made. Lunch its the sushi, mayo + carrots + cucomber.
Its better you cook the fish to eat, not raw.
And its better you don't eat 3 meals a day.....no matter how I walk, my weight do increase.
That road...where I show you at, its big pieces real make chicken, Flat Fried, Wholesome pieces....
One year one piece how many day I don't need to eat food anymore.
